The majority of our products are digital and custom-made creations. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

You will receive your personalized Digital PDF to the email address provided within 24–48 hours after we receive your pet's information and photos. Printed keepsakes will be shipped within 48-72 hours and a tracking number will be provided via email.

Step 1: Chose the package that is right for you. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a form to provide your pet's information, special memories and reference photos.

Step 2: Auralith will use the provided information to channel your pet's voice and craft a custom letter and digital watercolor portrait.

Step 3: Receive your keepsake. Get your personalized Digital PDF via email address provided within 24–48 hours; Printed keepsakes will be shipped within 72 hours (weather permitting) and a tracking number will be provided via email.
